All About Money® is delivered online through nine interactive, multimedia sessions. You can experience All About Money® in its entirety or as individual sessions and discreet topics, depending upon your interests. If All About Money® has been provided through your employer, customized tutorials about your specific employee benefits might also be included in key locations.
All About Money® in its Entirety
By experiencing All About Money® in its entirety, you can choose to simply learn about the financial planning process – or – move through each step and actually create your own comprehensive financial plan. Either way, you’ll define and prioritize your financial goals, choose the type of plan that best meets your needs, and collect the kind of information necessary for a financial plan. And if you’re uncomfortable with the idea of creating your own financial plan, you can enter your information into our confidential database and print a summary document from which any skilled financial advisor can create a plan for you. But don’t worry: Your confidential information will be available only to you whenever you want to access it, even if the program has been provided as a benefit by your employer and you terminate employment. With All About Money®, you will also learn how to implement the recommended strategies in your financial plan by selecting appropriate products and services for your unique objectives. Regardless of background or income level, you can take control of your financial circumstances, improve your quality of life, and ensure a more stable future for yourself and your family!
Financial Education
The good thing about a comprehensive financial plan is that it addresses a multitude of financial goals and contains analytical results that show how one financial decision will affect another. Since comprehensive planning involves a time commitment, however, you might not be ready for that step. You may just want an in-depth knowledge about a specific financial topic. In that case, you can find numerous topics of interest in our Financial Education catalog. The material is delivered in courseware format, which means you learn concepts in an instructionally sound, logical sequence. In short, our courseware “connects the dots,” so you gain an understanding of how financial concepts are interrelated, which brings clarity and confidence to their financial decisions. All material is unbiased and rich with interactive multimedia, voice narration, graphics and animations.Tutorials About Your Benefits
In other cases, you may just want to understand your benefit packages! Research has shown that most people do NOT fully understand their employee benefits. In order for you to value company benefits, you must first learn financial concepts on which your benefit plans are based. Education is the key. All About Money® provides general information about most employee benefits. But if the program is being provided through your employer, customized tutorials about your specific employee benefits might be included in key locations. (Click here for an abbreviated list of topics.) These tutorials will help you understand how your benefits fit into your overall financial plan. In either case, you will grasp the concepts that you need to make sound decisions about your benefits.
