All About Money® is an interactive web-based program that guides you through the financial planning process at your own pace.  It’s like a “virtual” financial Planner.  You can choose to explore financial planning just to learn about it – or – work through each step in the process and actually create your own comprehensive financial plan.

Not only will you learn to gather and interpret the information you’ll need for financial planning, but also how to implement the recommended strategies and make informed financial decisions.  Beginning with cash and debt management, you will discover ways to find the money to save and invest, and learn how to compare and contrast financial products and services to determine those most suitable for your personal goals.  More importantly, you’ll learn to manage a spouse or loved one’s expectations and stay on track when life events alter your circumstances

How might financial advisors be involved in this program?  In order to implement certain financial planning strategies, the expertise of a licensed specialist could be required.  In that case, All About Money® equips you with the knowledge to evaluate financial advisors and select the most appropriate to meet your needs.  From the financial advisor’s perspective, All About Money® provides a means to spend little-to-no time collecting information from you, entering it into a software program, and educating you about the financial planning process.  In effect, the advisor’s cost of delivering financial planning services is substantially reduced.
