Employers receive the benefit of comprehensive tracking and reporting to monitor employee progress through the educational material only. This reporting feature helps employers meet and validate regulations associated with ERISA 404(c), a topic of paramount importance in today's corporate environment. Although employee usage records can be stored indefinitely within the LMS, the information can also be imported into the company’s central HR system.

All ABout Money LLC can eliminate most administrative costs companies would incur to schedule, promote, and manage training classes. For additional hosting fees, employers can use LMS features for other purposes including registration and eCommerce payment for live classroom sessions, web conferences, and webinars. You can even upload and distribute SCORM-conformant web-based courseware licensed from other vendors. An abbreviated list of LMS features include:
